  SB 266 - DIRECT-ENTRY MIDWIVES/BOARD & PRACTICES                             
                                                                               
  CHAIR TOOHEY indicated that the bill was heard the previous                  
  week, and if there were no objections, it was her intent to                  
  pass the bill out of committee.                                              
                                                                               
  REP. BRICE made a motion to pass SB 266 out of committee                     
  with individual recommendations.                                             
                                                                               
  REP. VEZEY objected.                                                         
                                                                               
  CHAIR TOOHEY called for the vote.  Reps. Toohey, B. Davis,                   
  Nicholia, Brice, and Vezey voted Yea.  There were no Nay                     
  votes.  Chair Toohey announced that SB 266 passed out of                     
  committee with individual recommendations and accompanying                   
  zero fiscal note.
